(Thighs and Glutes). If you are having knee problems, stay away from the cool down bouncing at the end. Feel free to do a couple of sets of this workout if you have the time. These exercises are not meant to diagnose or cure any medical condition. Consult your doctor about any aches and pains you may have. These exercises help me personally but that is as far as i can say.
