Main muscle groups: Chest, shoulders, triceps, mind. At the speed of the video i would give it about a 2 on the physical scale of challenge.... but.... the mental challenge difficulty of this if you have never done these before is going to run as an 8 or 9. Trapping is complicated. Feel free to take your time and rewind. Let your brain get a workout. Pair this with a higher level 5 minute workout to get a better physical workout with your mental challenge for the day. Happy training. ~TJ
