A lot of push-ups and modified planches. A really hard core workout. Some people may not be able to do all the things here. Just try your best and don't feel like you have to go at my pace or complete all of the exercises.
This is pretty much what i do when i get up. The idea is to get the blood flowing and the body awake. Lots of movement and about 10-15 minutes of exercise to start the day.
