A beginner workout with some shadow boxing. A little focus on some punching and kicking form, some leg workout, a little footwork. If you are new this is a good one to start with.
This was the first online class we did. A lot of work on shadow boxing which is a great drill for you if you don't have a partner. If you need to go at a slower pace don't feel like you need to stay up and bouncing on your toes the whole time.
