In this lesson you should be able to let the video run and train along. We filmed our whole rounds if you want to watch a few seconds and see examples. Start and stop with the bell (unless you are watching) then rest during the instruction part as you change gloves. Feel free to do extra rounds of each skill and do this workout multiple times.

Our first online class we did with partners. Requires a partner and focus pads. Working on mats or a softer surface might be helpful for those of you with leg issues, especially if you want to be up on your toes for the workout.
