This is a very basic workout with some beginner martial arts/boxing moves and a few body weight exercises. I encourage you to do this with your kids and have them check your form and such as well. To keep their attention span active, i would recommend doing this workout a little bit at a time. Do 2-5 minutes at a time and practice throughout the day.
